STORY   Meeting Nick Cave 1987 was in conjunction with his reading excerpts from the script of his then forthcoming novel  'And the Ass saw the angel' in a small theatre in Sydney. Follow Me Gentlemen Magazine had set up the appointment for the interview and a portrait session for me. I met Nick in a small studio with a simple set up. In front of the camera Nick was calm and kept his cool. He kept smoking. I could sense that he was nervous, so was I, not knowing how to handle him.  I worked with his gentlemen gestures and the look of a Rockstar wearing a green tuxedo jacket.
